Terms of Service

All images shown in this gallery remain the property of Jazzsay Photography / Funkyfoto.  The use of images not purchased (watermarked) is strictly prohibited. Display/use of watermarked images on any social media platforms WILL result in a payment invoice being sent to any parties displaying them. This will be considered unauthorised usage of copyrighted material. A standard fee of £20 per image used will be levied, with no discount offered. Non-payment of these fees may result in further action being taken. 

Unofficial removed all all watermarks is also expressly prohibited, either via AI, an app or any other means. This will also be treated as unauthorised usage and incur the same fees as mentioned above. 

• Do not screenshot or save any preview images to your device for public sharing.

• Do not use watermark-remover tools, as digital forensics can easily detect altered pixels or stripped metadata.

• Purchase the images through their official storefront before uploading or sharing them anywhere online.
